I recently had a wonderful experience at Giraffe, where I was truly impressed by the outstanding customer service provided by Ms. Archana. Her attentiveness and professionalism made the visit memorable. I enjoyed a passion fruit smoothie and a mocha, both of which were deliciously prepared. The passion fruit smoothie was refreshingly vibrant and packed with flavor, while the mocha had a rich, smooth blend that perfectly balanced coffee and chocolate. Overall, the combination of excellent service and fantastic drinks made for a delightful outing.

Brilliant pit stop while waiting for your next train or while passing through station itself. Kind staff with welcoming attitude is a nice thing to see in this busy environment. Prices are quite low considering location and portions are more than decent! Plenty of tables to choose from and our meals were served promptly. Will be happy to visit again.

I had a great experience—the food and ambiance were both excellent! I tried the Chicken Katsu Noodles and a smoothie, and they were absolutely delicious. A special shoutout to Zain at the tills, who was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Very good cheese and ham toastie, and hash browns. There is plenty of seating, and it's quiet from all the hustle and bustle outside the station.

Given the location and alternative options in the station, this place offers some great value breakfast and lunch options. There’s a small amount of seating inside which provides a nice escape from the crowds and it didn’t feel like a rushed experience. The sausage bap may appear basic at first but was actually very tasty with a full range of sauces available, and the Mexican breakfast is a good size and presented well. There’s no toilets inside but everywhere was clean and I’ll certainly be returning for a more relaxing bite when next waiting for a train.

We had a wonderful family meal from this place while waiting for the train after a London trip. All the food was amazing and the service was outstanding. Nice ambience inside.

The salad was really delicious — fresh and perfectly seasoned! It was served very nicely, and we only waited about 3–5 minutes. We also got the chicken burger to go, and it was great too. Everything was tasty, thank you!

Very nice place, based upstairs at King’s Cross station so it’s nice and quiet and not that busy from the hustle bustle of passengers. Can sit and eat in, very good and fast service, food quality was good. Prices high but matches the area so no complaints. Overall great experience.
